Integrated Training Coordination Programme
स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में प्रशिक्षण संयोजन कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं, डॉक्टरों, पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ और सामुदायिक स्तर के वॉलिंटियर्स को एक व्यवस्थित और एकीकृत ढाँचे के तहत प्रशिक्षित करना है।
हाल ही में भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ने प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल टीमों के लिए एक व्यापक एकीकृत प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम (Integrated Training Program) शुरू किया है, जो पुराने बिखरे हुए या खंडित प्रशिक्षण मॉडल को बदलकर एक व्यवस्थित और क्षमता-आधारित फ्रेमवर्क प्रदान करता है।
The Foundation actively supports this national initiative by coordinating training programmes at the grassroots level — connecting government health schemes with community volunteers, ASHA workers, ANMs, and paramedical staff across 18 states.

प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल टीमों हेतु एकीकृत प्रशिक्षण पहल
Integrated Training Initiative for Primary Healthcare Teams
उद्देश्य — Objective
इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य अग्रिम पंक्ति के स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों (Frontline Health Workers) जैसे आशा (ASHA), एएनएम (ANM) और कम्युनिटी हेल्थ ऑफिसर (CHO) की क्षमताओं को मजबूत करना है।
To strengthen the capabilities of frontline health workers — ASHA, ANM and Community Health Officers (CHO) — through a unified competency-based framework.
फोकस क्षेत्र — Focus Area
यह बिखरी हुई ट्रेनिंग के बजाय एक साझा फ्रेमवर्क पर काम करता है ताकि मरीजों को सहानुभूतिपूर्ण, जवाबदेह और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली प्राथमिक चिकित्सा प्रदान की जा सके। इसमें मुख्य रूप से निवारक (Preventive), प्रोत्साहक (Promotive), और उपचारात्मक (Curative) स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर ध्यान दिया जाता है।

School Health and Wellness Program
उद्देश्य — Objective
यह मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय और स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय का एक संयुक्त संयोजन कार्यक्रम है, जो विशेष रूप से शिक्षकों और छात्रों के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। इसके तहत शिक्षकों को स्वास्थ्य दूत (Health Ambassadors) के रूप में प्रशिक्षित किया जाता है।
